DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3- 4 working days (our all garments make to order. Not ready made,normally we take 1-2 weeks for making the suit) . This will depend on fabric stock availability and some items may take a little longer to dispatch. The majority of item's fabric are carried in stock. If however, you order an item which is not in stock we will back order this item for you if possible and dispatch as soon as it comes back into stock. If there is a problem with your order or if we have insufficient stock and/or cannot fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow a maximum of 5 days for the dispatch of all orders.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, working days. Orders are not dispatched on Weekends or national holidays (ie. Bank Holidays).

Orders placed with DHL Express will be sent as quickly as possible (depending on stock availability).

DELIVERY TIME GUIDELINES

The following delivery times should be used as a guideline only and not a guarantee of delivery times.

UK ORDERS

DHL Express Delivery - Typically within 3-4 working days, but please allow up to 6 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

EU Orders - Typically 3- 4 working days from dispatch.

Rest of World Orders - Typically 3 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimated and intended as a guide only, and occasionally may take a little longer especially at busy times such as Christmas. All orders will be sent on a tracked or recorded service with the exception of orders for badges or small items. Postcode restrictions may apply to DHL Express, EMS register services.

FREE DELIVERY OFFER

For international customers we currently offer free standard delivery on orders over £300.

  • The Free Delivery offer is only applicable to parcels being delivered within the UK,Nether land,Germany, and USA.
  • Your order must be to the value of £300 or more (excluding delivery charges) to qualify.
  • This offer is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order by clicking the 'Order Tracking' tab at the top of the page. From here, you simply enter the order reference number and order pin we sent to you when you finished your order. This will then provide you with details such as your order's current status and what products are contained in the order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it will also provide you with parcel tracking details.

You can also track your orders as well as view all your order history (only if the order was placed while you were signed in) through your account. Please note however this will only list orders made on MODFASHION GS REGISTERED ORDINARY PARTNERSHIP

AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED

If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please inform as soon as possible by emailing modfashiongs@gmail.com . Please quote your order reference number and your name and address. Please note, we cannot normally alter a delivery address once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. You will only pay one delivery charge. Please note that your entire order should be delivered within the same delivery period, however each parcel may arrive at a different time.

OUR RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope you will love your MODFASHION GS REGISTERED ORDINARY PARTNERSHIP order, however, if you're not happy - you can return items to us for any reason. Note: Excluding wrong size order,we will strongly recommend to you please if you have any confusion on our size guide please Contact Us  feel free, Happy to help you. We do not recommend place order before confirm your size.

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can not return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 28 days of receiving your original order.

We will not refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.

Items must be exchange in the condition in which you received them, unworn/unused, not marked or dirtied and with the original tags, etc attached. Goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packaged well and can't get damaged on the way back to us!

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

You can cancel your order if you change your mind, however if your order has already been processed and despatched,you can not cancel the order.We recommend to you after order within 3 days you can cancel the order and get refund.

Please keep a note of your RAN and quote this if you need to contact us again about your return.

We CANNOT accept the return of ANY item, for any reason, once it has been worn and/or washed and/or dry cleaned.
